Meet Our Executive Team

Gurmit Singh

President

Holding a Master’s degree from Delhi University, Gurmit Singh began his career with the United Nations in India before moving to Japan in 1992 with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In 1998, he founded the ATL group of companies and has since grown it into the group that it is today. He continues to steer the group’s strategic vision as its president.

Masahiro Yamaguchi

Director

Masahiro Yamaguchi brings in over 35 years of experience from his time with Yamato Holdings. He joined Kobe Yamato Transport, as a Sales Manager and eventually rose to become the company’s director. He has since brought his expertise to his current role as the company director for Auto Logistics Japan Ltd.

Rahul Kaushik

Chief Executive Officer

Rahul Kaushik received his MBA in International Trade from MD University. In 2013, he began his tenure with the ATL group in India. He has since steadily risen to become the Chief Executive Officer of Auto Logistics Japan Ltd.

Kazutsugu Imada

Executive Advisor

Kazutsugu Imada brings in extensive logistics expertise from his time with MAERSK Shipping Company and Benline Agency Japan, where he served as their Nagoya Branch Manager. He currently heads the shipping division and advises the overall strategy of Auto Logistics Japan.

Saurabh Endley

Chief Executive Officer (ATL Group India)

Saurabh Endley holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers in India. He brings in over 36 years of experience from senior operational and managerial roles with the Government of India, notably serving as a Joint Secretary. He now heads the ATL group’s IT development and India operations.

Masakazu Hara

Legal Advisor

Graduating from the Faculty of Law from Kyoto University, Masakazu Hara went on to obtain global experience practicing law, training at law firms in Guangzhou and Jinan. He became a registered lawyer with the Osaka Bar Association (55th class) and the New York State. Along with acting a Legal Advisor for Auto Logistics Japan, Masakazu Hara is also a Representative Partner at the Asunaro Law Office.

Raghavan Govindan

Advisor

After receiving his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Raghavan Govindan has become a global corporate executive with over 40 years of career experience heading various multi-national conglomerates across several industries. He currently advises the ATL group on growth strategy and human resources.
